Our Bookkeepers all have different areas of expertise, so IQ4 Bookkeeping will match the right bookkeeper to your business - whatever the application you currently use. And if you don't currently have an appropriate accounting application we will be happy to set you up with one. IQ4 Bookkeeping is a reseller for both MYOB and Quickbooks in Melbourne.
Q. Where do you work?
A. Our team of premier bookkeepers do their bookkeeping throughout Melbourne. We are also looking to expand, so if you happen to live in the country or interstate, feel free to contact us and we'll see what we can do.

A. Rates vary according to your individual needs and the complexity of the bookkeping required. We are committed to relieving financial stress, not adding to it so we take care to understand your needs before we proceed. Please contact us for a free consultation.
Q. Can you come to us?
A. Yes. Or, if you prefer, we can take the paperwork away. It's up to you.
Q. What if my books are a mess, or if I am years behind?

A. Each of our Specialists is an independent Business person in their own right. This has a number of advantages both for you the client, and for us. You can think of us like your local Builder - we manage a set of trusted sub-contractors on your behalf so that you don't have the inconvenience and (often) grief associated with finding and working with different people. We define the scope of each assignment or project and we monitor carefully throughout to ensure ever increasing standards of quality and customer satisfaction in all the work that we do for you. Ultimately this strategy helps keep down costs for you our clients, as well as ensuring that you always get the best possible level of service.Q. Is IQ4 just another group of business consultants?
A. Although business mentoring often plays a part in our work, we are not here just to give good advice - rather we like to think of ourselves as "being there for you", walking closely with you in whatever area of expertise you feel your business is most lacking. For example, if we were providing a Computer Systems administrator to help you with your computer systems, then mentoring may play little or no part, whereas if we were helping you with Business Management issues then mentoring may play the major part.Q. Is IQ4 an employment agency?
A. No. Our specialists are consultants - they will usually be servicing more than one client at any one time. Notwithstanding if, over a period of time you found that you were using the services of one of our people to the point where it would make more sense for you to take them on permanently, then we would actively encourage you to do just that. We want to see the very best for your business and although we never like to lose good people we believe that what goes around comes around so we will never lose out in the long run.
